This package is hosted on nuget.telerik.com and not api.nuget.org. we are investigating why the NVD has an incorrect CPE string of
cpe:2.3:a:telerik:ui_for_wpf:*:*:*:*:*:*:*:*but in the meantime this manualy update should bridge the gap
